Mindfulness and Meditation

Creating a life of mindfulness means you will be maintaining a moment-by-moment awareness of your thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surrounding environment, through a gentle, nurturing lens.

Mindfulness also involves acceptance, meaning that we pay attention to our thoughts and feelings without judging them—without believing, for instance, that there’s a “right” or “wrong” way to think or feel in a given moment. When we practice mindfulness, our thoughts tune into what we’re sensing in the present moment rather than rehashing the past or imagining the future.

Life Coaching and Counseling

In life coaching, a client works with a coach, who is not a healthcare professional, in order to clarify goals and identify obstacles and problematic behaviors in order to create action plans to achieve desired results. The process of life coaching takes the client’s current starting point as an acceptable neutral ground and is more action-based from that point onward. A life coach enables the person receiving treatment to take control of their life and take action to steer it toward their goals.

Addiction counseling

The counseling sessions are designed to get to the root cause of the addiction and free yourself from the internal suffering.  The counseling session may include meditation, breathwork, massage, energywork, nutritional guidance, and qi-gong or yoga to help the client heal and create a new lifestyle of healthy living.
